How we work

A written proposal comes after the activity fits. You still sign the decisions. The guides already on this site keep their addresses.

The brief

The request asks where the parent or the founders are, which structure you think you need, what the company will sell or do, when you want to file, and whether the owners are already known. A short form on the homepage only carries your name into that page.

The review

We read the activity, the ownership and the country the money and the documents come from. Not every sector, payment pattern or ownership mix is accepted. Silence after a form is better than a filing that the registry or a bank will refuse.

The proposal

If the case fits, the proposal lists the structure, the documents, the registry path, the tax registration and the bank file as separate lines. Official fees, translation, notary and our work are not folded into one number. A start week is not stated as a fact.

Filing and handover

You sign what only a shareholder or a director can sign. We prepare the set and follow it through the notary and the registry. At the end you have the registry position, the route to the tax number, and the bank file. The steps are that chain in order.

The guides stay

Articles already published on this site keep their original addresses. This page does not replace them. Use them for the detail; use the proposal for your own file.
