Licenses and incentives
The trade registry is not a sector license. Free zones and investment incentives are separate applications, and they are not granted because a company exists.
Registration is not permission to operate
Recording a company at the trade registry lets that company exist. It does not, by itself, authorize every activity named in the articles. Finance, education, health, food production, energy and some import or customs work often need a further permit from the authority for that sector. The list is not closed on this page. If your activity is regulated, the proposal says which permit has to exist before you trade.
Write the activity narrowly
Articles that claim every possible commercial object create questions at the registry and at the bank. The activity should describe what you will actually invoice. A later change of activity is a formal amendment, not a sentence in an email.
Free zones
A free zone can change customs and tax treatment for qualifying operations. The zone operator and the activity both have to fit. A company formed outside a zone does not receive zone treatment by mentioning exports in its articles. If a zone is the point of the structure, that is chosen before filing, together with the company type.
Incentives
Investment incentive certificates and startup supports are applications with their own thresholds. Incorporation does not award them. We will say in the proposal whether your project is even in the class those programs consider. We will not describe an incentive as already granted.
